My boyfriend has a girl whom he dated before we met. she moved to NY we live in Cali. everytime she comes into town he spends a lot of time with her and she stays at his house. they havent really talked or seen eachother in almost 1 year. he was laying in my bed and got a text message he told me it was his brother after he replied i layed next to him he received another text and it said do you care? i was upset because he lied and it was her asking him did he care she was coming out here. he replied with come on lauren. i’ll meet up with you. what should i do? he has his own apt in Costa Mesa and i Live in Los Angeles. we use to be neighbors until he moved. I dont know how to deal with this he seems to ignore me when she comes into town and it doesnt seem fair. Is he playing me? am i being silly? should i care? HELP!

ive spent the last 6 years of my life either a) liking this girl or b) trying to get over this girl. and still i cant seem to let go. from 7th grade till sophomore year we were best friends, we never dated, but we’d liked each other for a few of those years, and then she started dating someone else, and we had a falling out period where we stopped talking and those were the eyar when i was trying to get over her. now shes up at university of the pacific, and im down here at orange coast college in costa mesa. we’re somewhere around 600 miles apart. and i still havent let her go. what do i do? how can i find a way to live again?

I live in Costa Mesa, my house is like 5 minutes away from the beach and my parents work alot so my parents are wealthy. My parents like to spoil me since they are never home and i am pretty popular and it seems like to people that if you have money and popularity and the beach then you have the best life anyone can ask for. But its actually not like that because when i go on a vacation to my grandparents house and they live in Maryland, people my age ask me where im from and when i tell them they are like omg shes a spoiled bratt but im actually not like that, people in my school love me because i never show how much money i have and im friends with people that are not as popular as me. I dont know what i can tell people and show that im not like the sterotypes??
