A. I was going to CC in Costa Mesa for years before I fell for their trap of recruiting for dollars and not God.
B. I took a look at the website and after some recommendations and I still see this church being a cash cow in the name of God. This is from one of the schools- keep an eye on discount rate…

Why oh why do people have faith in churches that are built on the doctrine of men who interpret the bible the wrong way.
If the original church is the pillar of fire and truth then you have to rely on that. Further the first church gave you the bible.
Shane: you have been deluded,
The catholics gave the world the bible.
The bible says to value tradition over scripture a multitude of times.
The bible teaches against following the bible solely without the interpretation of church fathers.
Finaly Paul calls himself Timothys spiritual father.
The protestant movement is a house of cards that cannot stand up to any debate

Note: These are all facts…. you can research for yourself. So with that much said, would you want to follow a Church with 20-30 years of history, or one with 2000+ years…?

LAURA
All those years at CC Costa Mesa, 3-4 services on Sudays and 1-2 every weekday, the school and the store. It’s got to be one of the most profitable businesses in the Orange County. Where has all the money gone. Absolutely zero accountability in the name of God. so sad.

PLAISANCE
HOWEVER, I will make sure my car is filled with gas daily so I can race at 100 Mph to Costa Mesa *at any given time*. I am kinda scared at rupturing up and away by myself without a Calvary Chapel pastor nearby to explain what is going on.
Do you folks think there were guys in a British pub in London around 1799 saying the same stuff we hear today (albeit in real Old English)? Any day now mate!
