I live in an apartment in an area where parking is terrible. At night the streets look like the I405 during rush hour. Thank God the building owner graced each of us with one single car garage per unit. Which is perfect since I only have, and need one car. The garage faces a small alley that is two lanes wide. Every night I come home late from either school or work. Imagine my rage to come home exhausted from a long day at work, anxiously anticipating a warm shower and soft bed only to find my garage block by someone’s car. This is ridiculous, he is parking right in front of my garage! After searching around the neighborhood for half a f**ing hour I ended up parking at a friends house 3 blocks away. After making sure my car was safe, I packed up all my belongings and walked home. While trekking through the cold dark night I wondered if I have a right to tow that car. I live in Costa Mesa, CA, do I have the right to tow his car?

Hi. I am taking the Behind-the-Wheel test at the Costa Mesa DVM in a couple of days. I have a couple of questions:
1. What is the best time to go? (I heard that the instructors are more lenient in the morning, than the evening)

2. What is the route they take you on?

3. Do they try to trick you with questions or motions?

4. Who do you want for the test? Man? Woman?
Which *** is more lenient towards giving you the license?

5. How long is the actual test?

Thanks

5.

I’ve been trying to get an appointment at Westminster because it is said that they are “easier” meaning that it’s more likely that one will pass on one’s first try. However, every appointment is taken. I tried at 12:00 AM and they were already gone for the next day. What is a better place to take it? Long Beach, Santa Ana, or Costa Mesa would be the next closest locations. But I heard that Costa Mesa is busier and it’s harder to pass.

Also, if you have any tips or reminders for the test, they would be greatly appreciated! :)
